Jada Randolph is a Creative Director, Producer, and Filmmaker committed to amplifying marginalized voices through impactful storytelling. In 2022, she served as Creative Director/Producer for Unrequited Love under the Academy Promise Program, refining her visual narrative skills. Accepted into the Venice Arts Digital Storytelling Program in 2024, Jada directed her debut solo short film, Shea Butter Anointing, part of her Infinity to Infinity creative universe celebrating Black femme identities.
As a Video Production Assistant at Concord Music Publishing, she gained expertise in multicam editing, lighting, and camera operations. She has also worked as a Cinematographer with ZEAL Co-operative, documenting Black entrepreneurs in Inglewood, CA, and produced a live music performance for the NPR Tiny Desk Competition.
In addition to film, Jada founded BENIN, a high-fashion streetwear brand celebrating Black identity, and co-hosts the Dyke B!tch podcast, fostering conversations within the Black queer community. Currently, she is developing a documentary on Santa Monica’s Black history, furthering her mission to share untold stories and celebrate resilience.
