A former teacher in independent schools for over 20 years in both Baltimore and Los Angeles, Alex now runs The Food Monsters, an educational and health company he founded to teach kids and families about the confusing, secretive, and sometimes dangerous fake ingredients lurking in their foods. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in Education and Writing from Johns Hopkins University.
