Oli Mitchell is a sophomore from Girls Academic Leadership Academy (GALA). They have been writing since the ripe age of eight, in which fiction was a world that had, to them, no logical bound. This allowed them to further explore writing in the form of poetry, and by 6th grade, was introduced to poetry. Some inconsistent hobbies they partake in include listening to music around-the-clock, writing about their many highly specific interests, and analyzing their favorite pieces of media (Across the Spider-verse, Venom, etc.). With their middle school slam team, they won the Get Lit Middle School Slam of 2022, in 2023, made it to the 2023 Get Lit High School Slam Finals and placed 3rd overall, and as of 2024, they became a Get Lit Player.
